This 11,500-acres. The park is open from 8 AM to sundown, 365 days a year.
Admission Fee: $6.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle. $4.00 Single-occupant vehicle or motorcycle. $2.00 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
Boat ramp fee: The boat ramp fee is $4.00 + tax. This is in addition to the Admission Fee.
Camping Fee: $26.00 per night, plus tax, plus a non-refundable $6.70 reservation fee. Includes water and electricity. NOTE: Florida residents who are 65 years of age or older or who hold a social security disability award certificate or a 100% disability award certificate from the Federal Government are permitted to receive a 50% discount on current base campsite fees. Proof of eligibility is required.
Cabin Rental Fee: In-season (November 1 - April 30) - $95.00 per night, plus tax, plus a non-refundable $6.70 reservation fee. Off-season (May 1 - October 31) - $85.00 per night, plus tax, plus a non-refundable $6.70 reservation fee.
Park amenities include: bicycling; boat ramp; boat tours on the Loxahatchee Queen II; cabins with 90+ camping sites; rental canoes, kayaks, and motorboats; equestrian camping; primitive camping (2 backpack trails); 3 group campsites (reservations required); River Store concessions and restaurant; fishing (freshwater in upper river and saltwater near picnic area/boat ramp); geo-seeking; nature trail hiking; horse equestrian trail; mountain biking; picnicking; unguarded swimming; the Elsa Kimball Environmental Education and Research Center (open 9AM-5PM); Handicap-Accessible Amenities include the Research Center; large print publications; a beach wheelchair for off-road sites and Trapper Nelson’s Interpretive Site; a motorized chair for paved trails is available upon request at the Main Entrance; a paved multi-use trail; wheelchair-friendly ramp and small pier to boat dock; wheelchair friendly sidewalk through section of picnic area near Loxahatchee River; picnic area with grills; campsites and cabins; canoe and kayak launch; auto tour with video/audio guide options; and handicap-accessible restrooms.
