Tommy Rozycki is a NASM certified Personal Trainer currently training at ZBody Strength & Fitness in Jupiter, FL. Tommy received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2011. After 2 years of working in the Mental Health field, Tommy switched his focus to enriching the lives of others through Fitness and Education.
In addition to publishing a Health & Motivation based book - Be Better Today Than You Were Yesterday, Tommy looks for public speaking opportunities to educate individuals on living healthier, more meaningful lives.
