JUPITER, FL – January 31, 2017 – On March 10, Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast will recognize the best and brightest of the next generation of local student scientists.
At the (M.A.D.) Making A Difference Scientists Reception, students and teachers from Palm Beach and Martin counties, who are leading the field with experimental and theoretical research in different fields, will celebrate their achievements with their family, colleagues and public. The reception is generously hosted by David Nicholson of the Stiles-Nicholson Foundation and Clare O’Keeffe of The Esther B. O’Keeffe Foundation.
The reception will be held at 6 p.m. at the Scripps Research Institute, 130 Scripps Way, Jupiter, FL 33458.
Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast, together with the School District of Palm Beach County, the School of District of Martin County and The Stiles-Nicholson Foundation, are proud to recognize the top students and their dedicated teachers from the Palm Beach and Martin Regional Science & Engineering Fairs, as they prepare for the 2017 State Science & Engineering Fair.
Last year, students from A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, Palm Beach Central High School and Suncoast High School took top honors at the School District of Palm Beach County’s 2016 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
