From the creator of the iconic Provence rosé brand Whispering Angel, Sacha Lichine introduces what is set to be yet another winner of a rosé. The Pale retails at a mere $16.99 making this an affordable sip of luxury, and already there have been positive whispers around this new rosé. A vintage term of flattery used by the English “Who’s for a glass of the Pale?” this wonderful, creatively designed bottle conjures up images of New York’s upper crust societal glamor during the early to mid-20th century. With vibrant pinks and creamy pastel colors, waiters wearing fitted waste-coats and ladies with flapper dresses and classic bobs offer the bottle a sense of chic attraction, and that’s before it is even opened.

Composed with grapes from the Vin de Pays Du Var region of Provence, The Pale is a characteristically typical of a delightfully light, yet still complex rosé. As suggested the color is a pale pink. The nose is fresh, with hints of roses and tasting notes which are both distinct, yet subtle. Freshly cut fruits like strawberries and watermelon with the added depth of apricots, wash over the taste buds. The finish has the perfect amount of minerality that leaves just a hint of a refreshing aftertaste, making this rosé very easy to drink with or without food.

The Pale is elegant, fun and a real socialite. Without a doubt, this rosé is for those who love a reliable wine that will impress without spending a ridiculous amount to do so. In taste and appearance, it’s FUN, FUN, FUN and it’s just been released in Florida! So, go and grab a case and take it to your next party, it will not disappoint.
