The New Year’s Eve dinner at 1000 NORTH is $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Begin with the Caviar Chip with king crab remoulade, watercress, and Meyer lemon emulsion. Next, select the Maine Lobster and Hass Avocado Salad or the Sea Urchin Tagliatelle. The Winter Squash Veloute with ham hock, a reggiano Parmesan fritter, and a poached egg offers a Southern interlude. Then, choose between Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass or the Porcini-Crusted Prime Filet Mignon. The celebratory meal is even sweeter with a special dessert.

The year is ending, but 1000 NORTH continues its commitment to protecting the health of our guests and staff. Along with guest and employee temperature checks, we have also added an in-duct air purification system and electrostatic sanitizing foggers, so you can celebrate safely at 1000 NORTH.
