WEST PALM BEACH, FL – January 30, 2018 – Clinics Can Help, a West Palm Beach-based nonprofit organization that provides durable medical equipment for Children and Adults in need, has added new member David Stein of Jupiter to its Board of Directors.
Stein is a Manager of Assurance Services at RSM US, LLP, in West Palm Beach. In this role, his responsibilities include developing an understanding of the client’s business and supervising and leading engagement teams over the entire audit process. He also prepares all necessary financial statements and related disclosures.
Stein has more than five years experience in public accounting, serving clients in RSM US’ SEC practice, commercial manufacturing, real estate, and other industries.
“I wanted to get involved with an organization that strives to create a better life for others,” he said. “I believe my background would be a great addition to the organization.”
Owen O’Neill, executive director of Clinics Can Help, said his nonprofit was seeking someone with Stein’s background and expertise.
“With our recent growth and expansion, having the expertise of someone who specializes in fiscal management and responsible stewardship of our funding and revenue is invaluable,” O’Neill said. “We have an opportunity to reach more people and do good works, and David will help us make viable investments for continued growth.”
Stein is a certified public accountant who earned his M.S.A in Accounting from the University of Florida and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
