DELRAY BEACH, FL – The Delray Beach Open by VITACOST.com, the world’s only 10-day tennis event consisting of ATP Tour and ATP Champions Tour events, will take place February 15-24, 2019 at the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center in Delray Beach, Florida.
The eight player ATP Champions Tour event (February 15-17) will showcase legends of the game in an Americas vs. World format. This year’s Team Americas players include 2018 champion and team captain Fernando Gonzalez, Jan-Michael Gambill, Jay Berger, and Palm Beach County resident Jesse Levine squaring off against Team World, made up of former Delray Beach ATP 250 champion and team captain Tommy Haas of Germany, Wayne Ferreira of South Africa, the UK’s Tim Henman, and Mikael Pernfors of Sweden.
The weeklong ATP Tour event (February 18-24) will include many of the world’s top-ranked men’s singles players and doubles teams. This year’s players are led by 2018 singles champion, American Frances Tiafoe; Nick Kyrgios of Australia; 2018 world #6 and Delray Beach resident favorite Kevin Anderson; 2017 Delray Beach singles finalist Milos Raonic of Canada; and four-time Delray Beach doubles champions and fan favorites, the Bryan Brothers.
Away from the tennis theater, guests enjoy a live music stage, shopping bazaar, photo opportunities with the VolleyGirls, top-shelf dining and drinking, up-close interaction with ATP stars, children’s activities, and local art displays. Ticket options and packages range from courtside box seating to covered Veranda seats, while “Best Seats” put die-hard fans directly on the court with their favorite ATP players. Guests can also watch the ATP matches live from the luxurious VIP Clubhouse Lounge.
Special promotions and events include Senior Days with ‘Buy One, Get One’ tickets, and Ladies Day Luncheons will feature a gourmet lover’s menu, wine pairings, and special appearances by ATP players. On Monday, February 18, USTA Kidz Day will treat ticketholders to a full day of professional tennis matches and fun activities for the kids. New this year: On Friday, February 22, celebrate at Game, Set, Pour, a charitably-minded extravaganza of beer and wine pairings from the area’s most renowned breweries, wineries, and restaurants.
