PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL – September 22, 2017 – Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation (EWPBF) opens its season this month with a series of events focused on business success.
Beginning with the Season Opener, the organization examines the growing role of female leaders in philanthropy. On Wednesday, September 27, guest speaker Liv Vesely, president of Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, will share her insights on “The Upward Trajectory of Women’s Role in Philanthropy.”

Held in partnership with PNC Bank, the Season Opener will be held at The Grille Room, Eastpoint Country Club, 13535 Eastpointe Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. Cocktails and networking begins at 5:30 p.m.; the program begins at 6:15 p.m. Cost is $30 per person. Please mention somewhere the event is also sponsored in part by the Gardens Mall.

Annual Fall Luncheon: Members and interested guests are invited to join EWPBF leadership on Thursday, October 12, 2017, at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel, 4431 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., and the luncheon begins at noon in the Ballroom. Cost is $45 per person for members and $50 per person for guests.
The highlight of the annual Fall Luncheon will be the awarding of the Lois Kwasman Program for Community Impact Grant. The grant was created in 2006 and over the last 11 years the organization has donated over $250,000 to 15 nonprofit organizations that provide support and programs for girls and young women ages 8-24 to assist them in developing lifer skills, in gaining self-confidence and becoming resourceful and self-sufficient order to position themselves to have a successful life.
Following the Luncheon is the next in the Women in Leadership series when EWPBF presents The Astronaut on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium, 4801 Dreher Trail North, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
