Guanabanas Celebrates 10th Anniversary by Launching TideHouse Waterfront Restaurant in Stuart

Jupiter, FL – December 10, 2018 – Most know that the traditional 10th anniversary gift is tin or aluminum, but Guanabanas Island Restaurant & Bar is celebrating a decade of serving delicious, award-winning fare, tropical drinks and offering up some of the area’s best live music by bringing Martin County a newly developed concept called TideHouse Waterfront Restaurant. The new dining and entertainment brand will be in the renovated space located at 915 NW Flagler Ave, Stuart, FL 34994 and open in 2019. 
  
“We can’t think of a better way to celebrate this important milestone than to introduce our plans for this beautifully improved waterfront location,” says Guanabanas General Manager / Vice President Jon Sullivan. “Our views of the St. Lucie River promise to be breathtaking, and our menu will reflect the pride we take in offering our patrons quality and service.”    
  
The planned cuisine will be a diverse mix of classic American, Pan-Asian/Polynesian and Mediterranean influences. It will share Guanabanas’ commitment to sustainability, using fresh seafood as well as incorporating plenty of options if seafood and shellfish aren’t your thing. The menu will feature a wide array of influences and is sure to have something for everyone. TideHouse will offer lunch and dinner service every day, as well as adding breakfast on the weekends.  
   
There are plans to have live music several nights a week. It will be produced by Roots Music Inc. who manages the music program for Guanabanas, so you can expect the same great mix of talent. The styles will be similar to the sister restaurant in Jupiter, performing a mix of surf rock, roots, reggae, Latin, acoustic and jam band music.  
  
“We are excited about the renovations to the property which enhance the panoramic views of the St. Lucie River and maximizes the indoor/outdoor experience,” said Chad Van Boven, President of Guanabanas Restaurant. The property owner has worked diligently to develop a plan to increase parking availability and created easy access to the restaurant. Valet parking will also be available and will be complimentary. Boat access will also be available through the marina.  
  
Guanabanas Restaurant is located near the Jupiter Inlet at 960 North Highway A1A, Jupiter, FL 33477. The formal 10th anniversary celebration takes place Wednesday, December 26, 2018, featuring all-day featuring food and drink specials ($3 bottle beers and well drinks, $6 signature drinks, Fat Cubans, and old school burritos,  50-cent wings and clams), and live entertainment by The String Assassins, Clement Aubrey and OneTribe, and Moska Project beginning at 4 p.m.
