To be eligible, participants must live in Martin County or Palm Beach County and create a video explaining what a sustainable wedding means to them and why they want one.     Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) has been named the third “Best Free Attraction” in USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The winners were announced on Friday, May 19, after four weeks of online voting by the public. USA Today’s panel of travel experts and public votes selected the Center from among 20 nationwide nominees. Other nominees included some of the country’s most notable landmarks such as Central Park, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Great Smoky Mountains. read more

  • Perry J. Cohen Foundation Funds Scholarships to Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s Summer Camp

    The Perry J. Cohen Foundation (PJCF) is supporting Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) by funding scholarships for kids ages 10 to 17 to attend the Center’s Junior Marine Biologist Summer Camp. These scholarships will allow underserved students to receive financial assistance so they can participate in LMC’s fun and hands-on activities that promote sea turtle rehabilitation and ocean conservation. read more
