Osprey Point Golf Course In Boca Raton Adds New Dining Option With The Nest Eatery

Recreational Outdoor Adventure Management (ROAM), a leading operator of outdoor recreation and hospitality, recently opened The Nest Eatery, an American cuisine restaurant at the Osprey Point Golf Course in Boca Raton. Located at 1551 Glades Rd., the restaurant is the golf course’s first dining establishment. It opens daily at 7 a.m., with a happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

BOCA RATON, FL – November 18, 2019 – Executive Chef, Sim Morris, brings more than 16-years of culinary experience to his role at The Nest Eatery. Previously, Morris worked at various notable restaurants in London and South Florida, most recently at the VIP Lounge of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The eatery’s menu features a variety of breakfast items, starters, salads, sandwiches and entrees, such as coffee-rubbed prime rib and bourbon-glazed salmon, as well as a full bar, craft beer and wine options.
