Art Miami 2018 was a great success. Artists, art buyers, collectors, and appreciators from all over the globe swarmed Miami to see the latest and greatest artists. After a day of pounding the pavements and viewing some incredible art, the Florida Coast Magazine team was honored to be invited to one of the most talked about parties on the scene. The world’s principal luxury hospitality company, Four Seasons, revealed the latest Four Seasons Pop Down events, Pop Down Miami. This is the third in an innovative series of immersive global events in unexpected locations, each with unique themes brought to life by a selected team of Four Seasons artists and visionaries from around the world. This private party took place on board custom designed superyacht KISMET. The Four Seasons pop up events are intended to transform unexpected places beyond the confines of its hotels and resorts.
KISMET is owned by Shahid Khan, owner of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, as well as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham FC sports teams. KISMET is also favored by celebrities for private vacations (rumor has it Beyoncé and family recently rented the yacht for a family excursion).
International media, VIPs and celebrities were treated to 16 Four Seasons mixologists, chefs and pastry chefs from across the globe. They had the chance to discover the 312 foot superyacht while enjoying exquisite culinary masterpieces from the likes of Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and Mauro Colagreco and decadent desserts by world renowned pastry chefs like, Chris Ford of Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel).
On the lower deck spa level, guests were treated to customized perfumes from French Maison De Parfum Atelier Cologne while surrounded by citrus trees. On the top deck the Florida Coast team partied the night away to the tunes of DJ Quest. It was a tremendously fun night for all.
