Shake Shack to Open in Palm Beach on Tuesday, July 7

Palm Beach Gardens, FL - July 7, 2020 - Shack to the Beach! Shake Shack® is thrilled to announce its first location in Northern Palm Beach County will open its doors today, July 7 at 11 a.m. The Gardens Mall Shack, which was scheduled to open earlier this year but had construction halted due to COVID-19, will be part of the Gardens Cafes in The Gardens Mall.

Due to the current environment, The Gardens Mall Shack will be operating in accordance to mall hours – Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Guests can place orders at the Shack through the Shack App and order.shakeshack.com.

“We are so excited to expand in the Palm Beach community with our location in The Gardens Mall,” said Michael Hammer, Area Director of Shake Shack. “While it took some time to get here, we look forward to bringing Shake Shack to our Palm Beach guests the safest way possible.”

With the well-being of our communities as our guide, Shake Shack has been adapting all Shacks to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. The Gardens Mall Shack will be doubling down on the comprehensive health and safety protocols already in place, and introducing some extra requirements. Those include requiring team members to undergo health checks before every shift and wear a face mask and gloves at all times, providing hand sanitizer stations for guests, sealing packaging for all to-go orders, and more. The Gardens Mall Shack will also have a limited menu, but will feature all the classics, including the ShackBurger®, crinkle-cut fries, and hand-spun shakes.
