There is a resurgence in hotel restaurant dining across the globe, and with a finger firmly on the culinary pulse, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa appointed two new directors, and an executive sous chef to the food and beverage team at 3800 Ocean Restaurant & Lounge.
