Turtleman Triathlon – More Than Just A Race

JUPITER, FL – June 18, 2018 – On June 30th, people from around the country will put their speed and endurance to the test at the 4th Annual Turtleman Triathlon. Starting at Carlin Park, athletes will swim in the Atlantic Ocean, bike up and down Ocean Drive, and run through Dubois Park before crossing that coveted finish line.

Now, the Turtleman Triathlon is more than just a race. All proceeds from the event will be donated to two local charities, Always for ALS and Friends of Jupiter Beach.

Always for ALS, founded by Turtleman finisher, Pamela and Kerri Olah-Brennan, provides emotional support and financial assistance for patients and their families in the fight against ALS.

Friends of Jupiter Beach, supports and maintains Jupiter’s dog friendly beaches by organizing beach cleanups, encouraging community awareness, and engaging in school partnerships.

You don’t have to be a high caliber athlete to participate in the Turtleman Triathlon. The event offers two distance options in the Sprint and Super Sprint.

Sprint Distance: 600yd Swim, 10mi Bike, 3.1mi Run

Super Sprint Distance: 300yd Swim, 5mi Bike, 1.2mi Run

Friends or family can also participate as a relay team where each member completes a leg of the race.
